Idle is too high HELP

i have a 2007 ninja 250r. i had to replace my front master cylinder and the throttle grip. i followed the manual and im 99% sure its installed correctly. my bike starts but it idles at like 3500-4000rpms. i tried turn the idle screw but it wont go any lower. idk what else to do. somebody please help me!!!

Adjust the throttle cable, sounds like you got it too tight when putting shit back together. Directions should be in your manual or there's probably a thread in the 250 section about it already.
