Who can do an ECU flash on my 2006 zx14 for my mods?

Just bought the bike yesterday and I think it needs the fueling changed a little. It has a somewhat bad stutter from off idle to about 3200 rpms then smooths out. It has a full Muzzy 4 into 1 exhaust and I believe they removed the secondary butterflies in the throttle bodys. I was told there are people that can flash the ecu for the mods to help with the low rpm stutter but I just got the bike and have no idea who to even talk to about it. Thanks in advance for any info.

Here is an article about it as well: http://www.sportrider.com/sportbikes...src=SOC&dom=fb

Edit: I just realized they don't have one for the ZX14 yet. Here is another company that does: http://www.woolichracing.com/product...x#productTable

Thanks guys but I already bought a power commander 5. I got a big surprise though when I went to install it. As i was removing the plastics on the front there sat a power commander 3. Didn't know it even had one. I just bought the bike. So I flashed in a map from the power commander website for the full exhaust and secondary flies removed and it seem to run better. the other owner just had the stock map in the power commander. So went ahead and and installed the new PC5 and installed the same may from the website and it runs the same. I'm guessing there really isn't much difference between the pc3 and pc5. so I didn't even need to spend the money since it already had one on it. Guess I will be selling the pc3 since I have the new one installed
