Depends on the year. The past few years honda has kinda been lagging on technology and power.

I wouldn't say better, they both have strengths and dare i say it, weaknesses. Depends if you prefer the more raw, higher revving ZX or the kinda punchier not so high rpm of the CBR. They're both highly engineered, reliable machines that go really, really fast.

Why do you ask anyway, out of interest.

2008 ZX6R Candy Plasma Blue (European Full Power) 125PS (131PS with RAM AIR). OEM seat cowl. 15T Sunstar sprocket. SpeedoDRD -12.8% (GPS confirmed error of +7.5%). SE nose decal. Pirelli Angel GT's. Devil Rocket slip on w/o baffle. Rear footpegs removed. Reservoir relocate. MRA dark smoke screen. PVC throttle mod (37mm stock/43mm with mod).

If you're talking current MY, I think the CBR might be a little better handling bike, the ZX6R has a better power unit.
