Question From GSX-R 750 K2 to ZX-6RR

Hi guys
Now I have GSX-R 750 K2 and I want to sell it and buy bike a little bit newer and with better hardware
On GSX-R I like the power of engine, but for me is on first SUSPENSION and BRAKES second ENGINE.

I want to buy cheap bike so I must go to 04 ZX-6RR cause 05-06 ZX-6RR cost too much for me. Is there big diffence in this two bikes? I know exhaust, radial master cilinder, engine upgrade, but what about clipers, rotors and suspension? It is worth paying for a newer model?
Or let ZX-6RR and go to ZX-6R 636 2005+?

I have a 2000 ZX6R ZX600J1, carbureted with non-radial brakes.
It's a HUGE upgrade from my 1987 700cc Yamaha and very good value. I don't think it's worth paying extra for an fuel injected ZX6R, but I only ride to survive (no stunt or racing). I am very happy with my 2000 model brakes and suspension.
