loose tube?

Hi All,

Just got my bike and only on 500 miles. got this loose tube one day when I got home.
On the left side, close to the bottom fairing; Seems like it is connecting to something under the seat

Any ideas? I tried to put it back but there's really nothing underneath that it can connect with.

Thanks :-)

It's probably a vent tube, or maybe a water drain tube for the gas tank.

That is supposed to be there. There should actually be 2 tubes that come out the bottom of the bike (at least on the 2009 - 2012). One is the fuel tank breather hose, and the other is the fuel tank drain hose.
