Maintenance ZX6R 00-02 J Models ZZR600 05-08

Okay there has been a lot of maintenance questions lately looking for some how to info and what not. I remember seeing a dude's site that showed pic by pic how to do a valve adjustment and I used it when I did my valves. I had to dig a lot to find this link, but its definitely worth everyone going to and taking a look at. (I better see some reps from you people for wasting my 5 degree Sunday afternoon)The link below gives instructions for:

Adjust Idle
Oil and Filter Change
Lubricate Clutch Cable
Change Coolant
Clean Air Filter
Lubricate throttle and Choke Cables
Service Spark Plugs
Balance Carb Synchronization
Adjust Valve Clearance

Maybe this could be a sticky

I wish I could sync my carbs and adjust my valves but I'd probably screw something up

Not to sound cheap, but at $3 plus shipping and they're nothing but little washers, can't we just go to the local hardware store and get the right size for like 20 cents and not have to wait for em to be mailed?

absoultly, i know people here in canada were buying the washers from radioshack which is now bought out by the source(circuit city)

just make sure its the right washer and youre good to go

EDIT: this was a stupid comment, good luck finding washers that are .020 thick and 3mm ID at the hardware store
