Then you're a happy busybody. I wish I had time to mess with my bikes. Hell I have a Z1000 motor and frame I need to get together for my next fighter project. The motor has been sitting on my bench for a year and a half. I gotta hone the cylinders, get new gaskets, new valves, etc. Stupid previous owner left it outside with no plugs in it for several months. Had 3400 miles on it before the original owner dumped the bike and sold it. Rust all over the valves and the engine full of water and old oil. Ugh.

Good luck on this new build. Keep up the great work.

The spacer for the boost decompression was too thick, and I had to cut down the spacer. I was waiting on end mill parts from Ebay to arrive.

It was a tricky little job, but i managed to make it work.

Now it's a matter or assembling the motor, degreeing the cams and stuffing it back into place.

Ultra light rear rotor and Ti bolts up next for the add ons, arrived yesterday......should shave a few more ounces. Along with the Ti axle nut.

Also on the fence for making a front titanium axle. Just hard to pull the trigger on the 100$ for the stock metal......milling is free....but still on the fence.

Also on the fence for Carbon Fiber clipon bars......oh so many options.
