Any tips on low speed maneuvers for the 650 ?

When you complete your slow speed maneuver, make sure your handlebars are straight ahead as you come to a stop. Else, the bike will want to flop.
not necessarily true, maybe if you jam on your front brakes

for instance, what would you do if youre turning the corner and theres a car there stopped, youre gunna go in at a slanted angle to stop?

frame sliders are meant to, guess what PROTECT YOUR FRAME

it may prevent a shit ton of damage to your fairings. but guess what your fairings are for;numerous reasons, one being able to protect the internals from hitting the floor.
