Get your bike remapped and your problem will be fixed. The bike is mapped to the stock can and if replaced with an aftermarket can the back pressure is decreased. It runs rich because its flowing faster than it can be burnt in the compression chamber thus expelling unburnt gas into the exhaust. Remapping will fix this issue and it doesnt happen to new bikes only...old aswell. Usually what needs to be done is more air flow or less gas. Might also be corrected with a aftermarket air filter.
