I did a little searching and found the following site:

This site has a link that reads, "Steering Damper Mounting Kit Applications & Prices". That link opens a .pdf document that has prices for just the mounting kits. Looks to me like they sell them ... but DAMN they are expensive!

 

Thanks guys. That was what I was afraid of. Guess I can scrap the idea of trying to score a damper cheap on fleabay or something and pick up the mounting hardware separately. [V]
