i dont think it cuts fuel.
if anything its adding it at the higher rpms.

^ Sure is. And this 10-12k rpm limit seems to be extremely common on the 03-06 zx6rs and almost no one ever found out what was causing it.

yeh, ive read about it happening quite a bit.
and yes, most of the people that came back said it was a fuel pump.
