That's what I was thinkin....bending.....but would make a mess more than anything and it would definatelt weakin the structure....the bottom part is kinda close but the top has to come a long way to fit.

Update....I do believe I have found a reasonable welder...just have to get him the pieces now.

I'll do a final "needs" and "must haves", when I am done, with complete pictures and drawings.

All I would ask is to give me the proper "props" and recognize the site as the source......all about respect these dayz.

Sweet. I'd be very interested in seeing a detailed breakdown of how youd did this. I wish there were a simpler way than having to weld though...

Are you just welding new tabs on the subframe?
Is it your subframe or a 636 one?
Im very interested in this too!

The tabs have to be relocated....to adjust for the differences in the frame spacing.

The subframe is the 636...thus the conversion to get the newer cowl and tail lights....
