That has got to be one of the tightest mods on this site. We should have a best mod competition.. maybe quarterly or something with a prize. To participate, those interested pitch in an entry fee. Panel of judges.. blah blah shit choose 10 best, make a poll and let the members vote.

Well let me be the first real assclown of this post. I love the 03/04 tail. I love the 00-02 bike. Let me first start off by congratulating you on a job well done. You have done something that many many people on this site(including me) have wanted to do. However, after seeing the bike in its final stages I dont think they go together at all I mean the sleak rear doesnt fit at all with the chubby frt end.. Hell maybe im smokin the [:M94]. We are all entitled to our opinions but once again let me give you mad props for doing this.

Great job on the modification but I'm not really feeling the front of that bike. Its not just your bike its all the 01's-02's. Hands down you did a greeeeet job but now the bike looks like one big ass shark.

Here's my 2 cents, If the tail was angled up more in the rear it would look alot better. Just my opinion

sorry for the late post but in the pictures the seat looks like its not fit around the tank all that well. so is there a major difference in J series tanks compared to 636 tanks. i've just never seen them side by side or measured the mount distances

 

the back of the tanks are just different enough to say they are different.....but the roundness and seat/tank contour line is close enough for me ......small bit of imperfection gives it character.
