Starter relay audible click

I recently took out the carburetor redid the duct for the air filter put new screws for the throttle idle on my 2004 Ninja 250 now my motorcycle will not start all I get is an audible click from the starter relay.

Suspects.
  1. Battery almost completly Dead.
  2. Carbs have flooded and caused Hydraulic Lock.
  3. Starter Relay is faulty or has dirty contacts.
  4. Start Button has dirty/Corroded contacts.
  5. Starter Motor Lead has lost electrical connection (Stater Relay to Starter Motor)
