I know it's kind of a weird project, but I like the way my bike handles, and I don't want to buy a new one. Plus, I've only got 19k on it now, I should be able to get at least another 60-80k. >
I'm still planning it out, but I'm planning to bob it. Put together a set of custom highway bars with clearance lights and a provision for sliders. Install a teardrop style gas tank, moving the seating position to the back of the driver's seat. Then redo the back end with a sissy bar and seat that's more appropriate to having a passenger/luggage.
Haven't decided on colors yet, but I'm kind of a sucker for that marbled red paint job that you often see on cruisers. A bit of a pain, so we'll see if I do that.
