All street parking is free for motorcycles and mopeds/scooters in Toronto. I believe you must be parked angled so more then 1 bike can fit in the spot though.
Not sure about "Green P" lots, but streets are free. I believe the bikes have the same restrictions as cars though when it comes to overnight parking.

 

Be careful how you park it as well... If you leave too much room, morons still try to squeeze in with their cars.

 

so, in downtown toronto, or wherever, where there are the parking meters, i dont have to pay..
just want to make sure.. cause i dont want to leave my bike there ad come back and find that it was towed...

Yep, metered spots on Toronto streets are free.
