Heres my I whipped up today..

I have one of those little rolley chairs and its the perfect width. I made it 3 feet wide because If i have parts and bolts I can just lay it on the table. I dont have to put it on the ground. All the parts, tool, etc will be right there for easy access.

All I have done so far was take off the lower fairing lol...

So I couldn't tell you how hard those would be to do.

3 ft is perfect ! I just changed the plugs the other day and had no difficulty with reach . I wouldn't want it any more narrow . I wouldn't go any wider though .

I agree I love the width of mine.

Only thing I messed up on was the height its 18" high. Thats a little too high

What are you using for the ramps ? I actually use both ramps , one for the bike the other for me too walk up / wider is better as the bike doesn't have to be so centered going up cause I put the 2 ramps side by side . Was the plywood top a full sheet ? If so you should have a foot left over that you cut off the side , you can keep the length of that and build a base for it and use it to walk on as you load the bike .

Yes thats what I am doing problem is its in my shed which has like a 5 inch concrete slab so the angle is even more drastic and it kinda hits my lower fairings....i gotta make the ramp less steep

If you were to do it again, what height would you like it at? So far I've decided that 8X3 is perfect for the length and width, but can't decide whether I want 1' or 1.5' for height

1.5' Is too high.

I say 1 1/4 or 1 foot high.

Well I just cut the legs and everything 18 inches then add in the top 3/4 .

Its working out good, just cleaned my chain, re-lubed it so nicely
