RPM at 100 kmh or 60 mph

at 100 kmh or 60 mph (for u.s.), i'm in the 5th speed at 6500 rpm. I just want to know what is YOUR rpm at that speed. Am I normal? I heard that the engine normally runs at about 5000 rpm...

on my 02 at 100km I run 5000rpm in 6th, thats with stock gearing.
Not sure offhand what I run at in 5th, probobly 5500-6000.

My 03 zx6r runs at right around 5000rpm's at 60mph in 5th gear and everything on the bike is stock, well except for the scratches where I dropped it against a wall.

gearing is the same on 98-02 bikes I believe, or at least very close. should not make much of a difference if you have stock sized sprockets
