Don't know what you mean by "checked" but suggest a more functional approach using a 12V test light.
Is there power coming out of the starter solenoid to the ignition switch? the white wire.

okay, so follow the white wire trail to the connector for the ignition switch, power to the white wire there?

check brown wire coming out of the ignition switch with switch ON; unplug brown wire if it has a separate connector.
If no power at brown wire, then suspect ignition switch.

If power at brown wire, next check is brown wire at 10 amp fuse, then Brown/White coming out of fusebox.

b/w = br/w? brown/white.

br/w should go to the engine stop switch.

Here's the diagram I'm looking at: maybe not identical, so let me know any differences.
