Carburetor Air/Fuel Adjustment Screw Broke

Hey guys I'm new here and to biking in general.

For background, I needed a carb rebuild in January, made the mistake of taking it to a shop where they did it for $460 (it was freezing and I didn't have a garage, woulda fixed it myself), even though I had the fairings and gas tank off already to spare them even more labor costs. Anyway, they couldn't tune it 100% bc it didn't have a gas tank right, but they tried their best and it worked pretty good. I retuned it a little with the gas tank on and it got worse bc I'm new.

Anyways, decided today to retune again, because I'm trying to sell it and want it running properly, so I start by setting the gold air/fuel screw all the way in, and half of the tip snaps. It is set all the way in, I guess i tightened too much and didn't realize it bc it didn't resist much before the screw just snapped. Is there a way I can get it out without taking the carbs out/apart? My best idea right now is to jbweld a screwdriver bit onto the screw, then use that to unscrew it and buy a new set screw to use. Would all the fuel drain out of the carbs?

Thanks in advance, worst case I take the carbs out and buy a new set which would suck but not the end of the world.

I'd suggest a carb pull followed by a pro repair using factory pilot screws, related orings, springs and washers.

It would appear you've installed aftermarket screws at some time prior?

I happen to know a vendor who can do it, has all parts needed in stock too.

I'm not sure of the aftermarket screws, guys at the shop used a rebuild kit so maybe that's what you're seeing. I ended up using a dremel with an angle grinder attachment to slot out another flathead slot, which worked great. I know it isn't the proper solution but now I can tune it and just replace the screw if need be right? As long as it isnt seated/stuck all the way in seems fine to me for now.
