Zx-12r electrical issues

To start off my journey with this bike I bought it blown up so I did an engine swap with a used but running engine. Recently I finished plugging everything in and I’ve been having tons of electrical gremlins. First off the run/stop switch and ignition switch has zero power and does nothing, fuel pump doesn’t prime, headlights don’t work, dash doesn’t show any digit’s just the backlight. For whatever reason I hit the rear brake and the engine cranked over! I’ve checked every fuse swapped relays swapped ecu’s, rectifiers and fuse blocks with the harness that came with the engine and nothing I cannot get power to the start stop switch. Any help is appreciated🤞

First off you don't say what year ZX12R you purchased blown or what year ZX12R was the running motor from.
But it sounds like you purchased a ZX12R with a blown motor and additionally had wiring issues.
You need to run through a Schematic making sure all connections are in the correct place and wiring is in good order..
Long job ahead me thinks o_O
the bike is a 2000 so is the new motor and wiring harness. The bike was in running condition except for a few spun crank bearings( all electrical was working), before I swapped the engine in.

Don't know what you mean by "checked" but suggest a more functional approach using a 12V test light.
Is there power coming out of the starter solenoid to the ignition switch?
yes I’ve been using a test light and I meant none of the fuses are blown. The starter solenoid has 3 different wires coming out of it and my test light shows only the large white one has power the y/r and b/y don’t.

check brown wire coming out of the ignition switch with switch ON; unplug brown wire if it has a separate connector.
If no power at brown wire, then suspect ignition switch.

If power at brown wire, next check is brown wire at 10 amp fuse, then Brown/White coming out of fusebox.
brown wire on ign has power when unplugged and on, fuse box also has power at b/w wire.

download misses 30 pages of Electrical section (15-14 to 15-44).

Meanwhile, with ignition switch ON, power at br/w at connector to the engine stop switch?
Thank you for all of your help! I realized earlier today I had the rh controls swapped with the headlight and directional plug, swap them back and all my issues suddenly disappear 😂
